DeAndre Woods was born in Jackson, TN where he attended North Side High School and graduated in 2013. Dre was very athletic as a youth and found a passion for health at an early age. He joined the Jackson Boxing Club at 11 years of age and fell in love with the fitness format. In 2011, Dre was ranked 5th in the nation at 145 pounds. Dre proceeded with his fitness journey by attending Austin Peay State University and interning at L.I.F.F.E Fitness. He graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Human Performance. Dre has been a trainer at L.I.F.F.E Fitness since 2019 and enjoys the atmosphere of the gym. Dre loves coaching intense workouts and helping all clients reach their individualized goals.

All my life gaining weight has never been something my body would let me do, except when I had cancer then I gained all the weight! Then of course lost it all by doing absolutely nothing after treatment was over. I started my journey with LIFFE Fitness Center at 105 pounds I’m now up to 114! I know that may not seem like anything to most, but to me it’s flippin awesome! And I owe it all to my trainer Ron! Thank you for pushing me and believing in me even when I give him a hard time, because if you know me I always got something to say🤣
